We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Once we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

 

1.1 Exemptions

 

  • Change of mind: Since our products are custom-printed and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your order before finalising.

 

2.0 Refunds

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item in the original condition, with shipping charges covered by the customer.

  • A full refund will be issued for items damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • If a return is required due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

 

By purchasing a membership from Timeless Travel Tribe, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Membership Policy. We are committed to providing you with high-quality travel-related content and services.

We offer three membership plans:

 

  • Explorer Tribe Plan (£5.00 GBP per month or £50 GBP per year).

  • Adventurer Tribe Plan (£12 GBP per month or £120 GBP per year).

  • Voyager Tribe (£25 GBP per month or £250 per year).

 

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time. 

 

2.0 Payments & Renewals 

  • Memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.

  • Payments are non-refundable. 

  • Annual memberships are billed as a single payment upon purchase. 

  • Memberships automatically renew unless they are cancelled before the next billing date. 

 

3.0 Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. 

  • Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. 

  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles or unused services. 

 

4.0 Services & Benefits

  • Members will receive exclusive content and benefits based on their membership tier. 

  • Benefits are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared.

  • Printing Time: Please allow for a further 2-3 business days for printing to be completed.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders.

  • Delivery: We ensure all our products are delivered safely and arrive promptly, so we track all our shipments, and some products may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Giveaways and brand promotion - co-hosted giveaways and promotions with aligned brands. 

  • Marketing and brand strategy - bringing brands to fulfilment through multiple strategies. 

  • Product photography/videography - bringing brands to life through visual storytelling. 

 

2.0 Collaboration Requirements

  • The brand/product/service must be relevant to travel, lifestyle or digital nomadism.

  • If cancelled after content is created, no refund will be given. 

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund or reschedule.
